Because all processing occurs within your web browser using local device hardware and memory:
- Wadamark is not liable for device performance degradation, browser crashes, memory exhaustion, battery drain, or corrupted outputs resulting from hardware limitations.
- Large file processing depends entirely on your system resources and browser capability.
3. User Content & Intellectual Property Responsibility
- Your Ownership: You retain full ownership and rights to all media files, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks you process through Wadamark.
